Installing Help Service for AX 60 M4 release

The installation looks OK, but in AX client then helpservice.svc cannot be found. Is this a server installation error or an client configuration error? Where can I start on the server to see if the helpservice is installeld correcttly?
Can I check this through some web-page or command's?
