Hello,

I'm trying to produce some charts to deploy on the RTC main page.

2 problems :

1. I want to produce a chart with two set of values, depending on dates. One set for current month and one set for previous month. After some tests, I find the formula for current month (depending on Workdate) to put into the XML def : 1..31. But, I don't find how to define previous month. Could you help me ? Is there somewhere a complete list of the codes that could be used ?

2. Is there a way to choose the color of the chart ? Something else than this old green ?

Thx for help and regards,

Hal

Go to properties of chart and Data tab-->Edit the values
Go to Appearance tab--> Click Series Style..Go to Fill Tab and Change the Colour..

This is for manually setting the chart color...

Not sure what mohana_cse06 is pointing to.

    To my knowledge:
    • It it not possible to specify the color in the XML definition.
    • The filter in the XML definition currently does not fully support jokers thus past month can likely not be set. (w is the wednesday in the workdate week as far as I remember).

Note: It is expected that both of the above will work in the next major version of NAV.

Is there any Workaround for filtering Dates in the XML File?
I'd lilke to filter all records with 14 days before working date
When I write (<w-14d) in the XML file it does not work.

The date filtering should work fin in Dynamics NAV 2013 and above.

There is no workaround to this that I know of.
Upgrading to Dynamics NAV 2013 is the only known solution.
    :(
