Installation fail on AX60 Enterprise Portal and Help Server

I'm having issues with installing AX 60 Enterprise Portal and Help Server on a Windows 2008 R2 Server with AOS installed and Sharepoint 2010 running. An SQL2008 R2 Database is running remote. All 64Bit.

I've installed the Help Server but when pressing F1 in AX client, the Help Service is not available. I've got no clue were or what to look for.

Before this, I installed Enterprise Portal. First tried to install EP on de default Sharepoint Site. Both de Sharpoint Site and EP Site didn't work afterwards. So after configuring Sharepoint again to it's default settings and default "working" Site, I created a new Web Application. Did the same for the Help Server. When going to URL "http://server30:40947/sites/DynamicsAx" I received the errorpage below.

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank for your reply.
