Sales Order Listing with Sales Rep and Value

I am struggling to find a way for my Controller to pull up a roster of all sales orders booked within a control period which includes, at a minimum, the Sales Order # (or Sales Quote # it converted from), the sales order posting date, the sales rep, and the total dollar value of the order...Does anyone know how to easily pull this? It seems to be more complex also since the order disappears from the listing once it is shipped (or invoiced, I dont recall)

If you book sales invoice from the Sales Invoice form using Get shipment Lines , system will not delete that sales order Even Qty = Qty Shipped = Qty Invoiced.
