Send To Excel or Word Custom Controls

Since changes computers, my client can not longer use the buttons to Send-To-Excel or Word. He is not getting a NAV error, just erroring out of NAV and then NAV closes. We found 1 issue with a mission custom control and wonder if there might be others missing. Is there a list anywhere that we could check against?
They are on 5.01 NAV and his PC is running XP (I'm not certain of the version). This worked fine for him before he switched PC's. Other people in the company have no issues and the setups are the same. We've reimported style sheets, etc.
