Import fbk file in a new empty database

I had built a new empty database with Navision 2.60F and then I tried to import a fbk form my customer (which is splittet into two pieces).
I got the message that the fbk was not a navision financals fbk.
The info in the cuustomers database shows 2.60B(2.60A).

Has anyone an idea what's the reason for this fault and what I' ll be able to do.

Maybe you imported the wrong fbk-file? You'll need to import the fbk-file which was generated first by the NAV backup process. The other fbk's are automatically read after the first is finished restoring.

this will not be the reason cause I know this and I tried it also with both files as first, if the administraton had given them a wrong name

It could be just about anything. A corrupt file is likely. Just get the customer to redo it.

not the fbk was corrupted but the dvd will be so. The customer had sent some fbk's per mail and there was no problem to import them into an empty database.
