Setting up a web service

Can someone point me in the right direction of setting up a web service on Dynamics Navision version 3. I've read something about MS CRM Services but I'm unsure this is the path I need to follow.

Please explain "Dynamics Navision version 3". The current version is NAV 2009 SP1. NAV 2009 R2 is going to be released on 15 dec 2010.

And please make sure you don't mix 2 totally different applications in the Dynamics Suite. MS CRM is different software
