limit acces

Hi,
I have to limit acces to fonctionnality Tools=>Options(you can see the picture) to some users that actually can acces to it and they modify usully the filed max.no.of XML record to send .
so how can i do to limit acces to this functionality or to all the fonctionality on the top of the window(File,Edit,View,Tools,Window,Help) of navision.

All depends on permissions. Look for System object type permissions on the assigned roles.

I Looked for System object type permissions on the assigned roles.but i didn't find type of permession that limit or autorissed acces to :
Tools=>Options
Tools=>Work Date
Tools=> Language
you CAN SEE on the pictures that all of type Object system that exist in nav
all the user without System object type permissions can actually modifi work date,lanquage,and Options

Functionality you mentioned are core functionality of the product, which cannot be permitted by permissions. They have nothing with permissions, they are not dangerous and I do not know why you want to permit them?
