ETDS - File has to be opened or converted

Hi,
We have filed eTDS. We have received the following list of files from the Indian Government,
26QRQ1.fvu, 26QRQ1.html, 26QRQ1.txt, 26QRQ1_BH.html, 26QRQ1_CD.html, 26QRQ1err.html, Form 26Q-1.doc and Q_1.dat.
The Q_1 file is withany extension .dat. Our internal Auditors wants to open this file or convert this file into some other format to get the data out of it.
How to do it?
