AX2009 Item Inquiries, Open Sales Order Lines

Hi. When running this inquiry, it does not show me any orders that have items which have been partially delivered or partially invoice. It shows only sales orders where nothing has yet been shipped (ie Delivery Remainder and Quantity are the same). If I try this inquiry in a VPC, for example, it shows me orders where items have been partially invoiced or delivered. Is this controlled by a parameter setting somewhere?
