Excise Cenvat Claim Form

Hi Expert,

Plz suggest me the steps of filling Excise Cenvat Claim Form.I have no idea how to insert value in the both side of form,One side is.......RG 23 A Part II,RG 23 C Part II & PLA Group(Duty Code,Liability and remaining Amount) and 2nd side is..................BED Amount,EDU Cess Amount & HSE Cess Amount.

When i post the Excise entry through Bank Payment Voucher,
using Function->Payment Tab->Excise->Entry->Apply Entry->Detailed->then value enter in RG 23 A,RG 23 C and in PLA group then use escape,value autometically appears in amount column after these all steps when i post this entry a message has come "Please check the total of PLA,RG 23A and RG 23C with Excise amount".Why this is happening??

Check Values in Table 16561 and 16584 before posting.

Sir,

my remaining liability does not become zero .Is that the reason the system throwing error" Please check the total of PLA, RG 23 A, RG23 C with excise amount".
after testing i saw that if remaining liability is zero than system posts it successfully. Ur valuable suggestion will be highly appreciable.
