Hi,
Is it possible to access MySQL database on a Linux webserver from NAV? I know there is ADO for ODBC access on Windows server but does this also work for Linux?

I didn't test it, but it should work. Just give it a try.
Try first to access a mySQL-DB on a windows machine, then you are sure the connection string is ok. As soon as it works, connect to a mySQL-DB on a linux box. If it doesn't work, you can concentrate on the differences.

You are right, everything works perfect, so we can directly access our Magento database from NAV.
