Problem in Vat Amount (ACY) Calculation of NAV 5.0

Hi to All!
I'm having a problem in VAT Amount (ACY) in NAV 5.0. I notice that in the Purchase Invoice when the "Price Including VAT" is check the computation of VAT in (ACY) currencies are working otherwise if its not check the computation is not functioning. My initial setup for LCY and ACY are LCY = USD and ACY = PHP both of this currencies have a value in currency exchange rate table.
