tracking change in report

if three developer have ability to change something in report , how can we know who's the person change the code .
any log to track the changing in report objects ?

Not by default. Best practice is to document the changes correctly. If you want to check the changes by system, you need to apply some Version Control system (you can create your own, but it is not so easy, or you can buy some tool available on the market).
