Translating the classic client in NAV 2009

Hi guies!

I'm on the quest for localizing NAV2009
I've been browsing a lot of forums.. it's not an easy quest.

On partnersource, microsoft tell us how to proceed for translating the RTC
here ==> ( https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource ... 2009%20SP1 )

But there is no information about translating the classic client.
So we know how to create the nclcsrt.stx but how can we create the fin.stx?

I've been looking for tools to do that. but...
1/NLW is not supported since NAV 3.7
2/ I heard about Navision Localization Studio. But it seems its not available anymore.

Does anyone know which tool we need for translating the UI of the classic client in NAV 2009?

You have to ask MS to close fin.stx for you.

fin.stx is just a text file. It has a check digit that MS needs to generate for your localized country.

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I'm very curious.
    What language is NLW?

For those who have the same problem has me.
I was wondering which part i need to translate. Got the answer from Kine.

"do not translate strings connected with the designer (constants like yes/no used in the properties, texts used when exporting objects as text etc.)"

    FYI

the nclcsrt.stx for the RTC doesn't need to be sealed
