Help Required To Find a set of Combinations

Hi All...
I am making a report for my client in which i have to show minimum 60 Lot No. From Item Ledger Entry which when added their Quantity/No. of Lot No. (i.e. 60) should give a value in range between 1000-1200kg and also their Cost Amount Actual When added and divide by 60 should be between Rs.10-15....
The Lot no. must be >=60 ...Not less than 60...
Is there any way ...Please help...
