One of our clients is experiencing a very strange issue whereby the service items unit of measurements are being changed by the system without any user intervention. E.g the UOM is set to PCS and it is automatically changed to PK 4. We can't find any defined pattern. We switched on the change log on the uom field. But the log is not recording any changes. Any help?

    this seems like a programming error, hardcoded change the uom, it is best to contact your partner to investigage this problem. Any patterns that you find that change the uom should be reported to aid the search for this bug.
