Hi all,

I am having a company named TEST in Navision 2009 SP1.I am having master datas available with me. Before importing thse masters , I want to delete all the datas present in the current company.

Is there any tool available or is there any other way to delete all the datas present in the current company.

If anyone have already done this , Kindly let tell me.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
chandru.

Why don't you just create a new company, start importing the data in it, delete the old company and rename the new company to the name of the one?

Also there used to be a Codeunit called CleanupData (up until 4.0SP3 I believe). When run it empties al the tables, is very fast but doesn't contain all the tables that have to be emptied in NAV2009. You can add them in the code (very easy).

I was going to suggest the same thing. The objects you want are already there, so just delete the company (which does NOT delete the objects) and re-create it. You will have a bunch of empty tables left.

    Hi Maximus/Mattrax,

I got it now. Thanks to both of you for your suggestions.

Is CleanUp date codeunit present only in NAV 4.0 and not in NAV 2009 SP1.

    Kindly tell me this.
