Shift Not being considered by planning algorithm

Hi,

I am facing a problem while running the planning worksheet,

I have defined a work center as being capacity constrained at 100% because I don't want the machine centers working on an order unless it has completed all the operations related to an earlier order(This is a food manufacturing process)

Now when I am running the planning worksheet. The planning algorithm, for some reason, only takes one particular shift from the two shifts that are defined in the shop calendar.

For eg
12:00:00 pm - 11:59:59 pm Shift 1
12:00:00 am - 11:59:59 am Shift 2

After planning is done and the orders are released to production , every order is run by only one shift (Shift 1)

Is there a setting that needs to be done so that planning takes into account both the shifts.

Am i doing something incorrect?

Please advise

How did you enter the shifts into NAV?

For me having 12:00:00 am to 11:59:59 am is nonsense... you could have 12:00:00 am to 11:59:59pm or 12:00:00pm to 11:59:59am but not what you have. I think the problem will be somewhere there... use the 24 hour format, it is much clearer in this... ;-)
