Viewing Format for Statutory Reports without entering Data

Ques:How can i take a print format of these types of reports without entering any Data,like; PLA,Advance payment of Service Tax,TDS 16A Form and TCS related forms printformat.Is it possible to view preview of these reports without entering data??

    Look at the report design layout in Designer is probably the best way, unless itsomething like a VAT statement which is built up by Text lines entered.

    If you try to preview a report without data then you will probably not get the full layout as it will only show sometimes when certain data conditions are met.
