New item creation problem

When i what to create new item in "retail item card " it generates Item No like that Store NO + Item No example("st1I0045")

The retail Item card is not a standard NAV Form/Page.
This is a custom made object and you should contact your partner if you experience problems or have new requests.
If this is a part of LS EasyRetail (an ISV add-on), then maybe someone can help you here on the forum.

Check "Dist. Location prefix" in no. series(that you are using for item no. in store card) table it should be uncheck.
