What are the minimum requirements for getting a Dynamics Nav developer license ?

We're a small company with Dynamics Nav competencies, all certifications should bee in order, and we can provide customer references.

It was my impression that you could get the license as a ISV, but when I look at the Microsoft Partner Network Site, I can't find information about how to archive this license.

Partner requirements, in fact the entire Microsoft Partner Network, are going through some major changes. There are revenue requirements you have to meet and you have to spread the certifications over 3 (or is it 4) people instead of 2 like it used to be. Your best bet is probably to call up Microsoft and have them walk you through what your company needs to do. There should be a 1-800 number on the partner website.
