Error Message with Windows Logins

Hello
I have a strange error when trying to login with windows login: "Windows login is not available on the selected server." DB-Logins work as expected.
Platform: Navision 4.01, Native DB, Windows Server 2003
On the same server there is another Navision server running, works without problems with windows und db logins?
Never seen this problem, any help greatly appreciated. ](*,)

Thanks Peter for your answer. I don't know what it was, but it worked after re-installing the service.
