How to sort table Data in NAV

Hi Experts,
I am new to NAV. Could you please help me on sorting the Table Data by particular field in NAV?

    There are many ways, but the most common is to put a Navision key on that field.

    This is the easiest way.
    But most of the times it is best to put the index-property MaintainIndexInSQL to false to avoid SQL has to maintain it. Most of the times SQL does not need that index for fast searching of the records.
