problem with Suspend Button in LS retail

Hi All,
i am facing problem with suspend button.
Step is as follows
1.I open POS window
2.after lookup item when i click on total button
3. we have suspend button option
when i click on suspend button error window come which is as follows:

POS Transaction Receipt No. '00000P0027000000040' already exists.

---

what step i perform so solve this problem
1.I delete that transaction through Pos transaction
2.I delete that transaction from Pos Voided as well if any
3.Set Pos Local Setup

please help to solve this issue in Nav 6.01 SP1 LS 6.01
