DB Test (when testing space allocation) & Statistics Errors

Hi All,
I have upgraded 4.0SP3 DB to 6.0SP1 and Iam testing (File > Database > Test) the 6.0SP1 DB with Normal option.
When testing the space allocation Iam getting the attached error(DB Test Error.JPG). However our 6.0SP1 DB is working fine when performing any transactions or report viewing etc... except the following Issue.
Issue: Iam getting 2 Error messages randomly when we click Statistics button only from Purchase Invoice window from any system including server, Everything working fine except the Purchase Invoice Statistics.
Error Message 1:"The Server "Net.tcp//localhost:7046/DynamicsNav/Service" is eiher unavilable or connection has been lost"
Error Message 2: The request to the server has timed out. Do you want to retry?
Please suggest any workaround reagarding the same.

I have tried by replacing Cronus Purchase Invoice Statistics Page, Still Iam getting the same below Error.
Error Message: The Server "Net.tcp//localhost:7046/DynamicsNav/Service" is eiher unavilable or connection has been lost. Do you want attempt to reconnect?
Anybody faced these type Issues, please share...
