I am preparing for a demo of the RTC for a new client. I cannot get the "Chart Part" section to display on any of the Roles. I went to customize this page - added it .....saved.....and nothing. ](*,)
Any ideas? I assume is not a regular Page object and something that is build on the spot? :-k

An end-user can add a chart part on the Role Center by adding a Chart Part via Customize this page as you describe. In a few more steps this is what it takes:
1. Open the Role Center in RTC
2. Goto the page actions, Customize this page
3. Click on the Chart Part in the Available pars list, click Add.
4. Click Customize Part...
5. Select the Chart you want to display e.g. 18-02.
6. Click OK.
You should now see the Customers per Salesperson Chart on the Role Center.
Did that help you?
You can add/edit/delete charts in the Charts Page (In the Search box enter Charts)

Thank you. The problem is I followed those steps before but the chart does not display. The Role Center Page refreshes as if it is going to display it - but the chart part never shows up. Do I need something extra from SQL server installed for this to work?
A related question:
Do you have permissions to see the data from the Chart?

I am running Windows 7 home premium
NAV 2009 SP1 with unmodified SP1 Cronus database
Sql Server 2005
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 9.00.1399.00
Microsoft Analysis Services Client Tools 2005.090.1399.00
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)
Microsoft MSXML 3.0 4.0 5.0 6.0
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.50727.4952
Operating System 6.1.7600
my NAV Login is Windows and is set to "Super" user
How do I set permissions for that table. Is super role not enough?
**Oh and chat part works on "list pages" such as item, etc. So just not on the Role Center... :-k
The system environment absolutely seems like something which we have tested.
A long list of things which might help narrow the issue:
