XSLT2.0 with MSXML6.0?

Hello!
I want to perform some XML-Transfromations with Stylesheets (Like: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=5655&hilit=%3Cxsl%3Aelement+name%3D). But some Functions are only included in XSLT Version 2.0. (for Example: lower-case()) and i think msxml6.0 only support xslt 1.0. Do somebody know how to use XSLT 2.0 with MSXML? Exist other Tool witch support XSLT 2.0 and work with NAV?
