Always Print Report Heading

Hello there experts. I would check with you if there is a way to FORCE printing of ‘Report Header’ even there is no record to print. I normally get a ‘Report generation completed (0 pages)’ message at the bottom, and an empty gray screen.
I want it to show that the report has been printed but there is no record on it.

Create an Integer Dataitem and run it for one time..
print the header information on Integer section
