-configure RTC - The profile owner has not been specified ?

You are supposed to be able to configure / customize all Role Center Pages of a certain role by adding -customize under "properties" of the Role Shortcut.

When I do this I get:

The profile owner has not been specified. Contact your system administrator.

What do I need to do to fix this?

You can customize the role only if you are owner of the role. Just set the correct field on the role to correct value... ;-)
