Description 2 in sales invoice subform

How do i display 'description 2' into the next line in the sales invoice subform?
Please help thanks..

whenever i enter the Item no. in the sales invoice line automatically if there is a description 2 in the item then it will be seen in the next line under description column.

I know this is only a minor thing but need your help guys..

Instead of description2 your could use extended text, it by default displays on the next line.

if that doesn't work, they you could copy the functionality.

My opinion would be to use extended text, since you would not have to program anything.

and if you have already entered a whole lot of records with description2, then you could make a processing only report to copy that data to the extended text. This way base navision would be unchanged.

description 2 has already been populated, ill just use the processing only report to copy description 2 to extended text..

Ill get back to you if ever i encounter a problem/ have done it right.

Why do you want it on the next line? why not have it on the same line?
