E-mail logging - NAV Outlook integration

Dear All,
We need to log every email that been initiated to a recipient already registered in the costumers data table in CRM.
I have installed navi application server, and the outlook server is running with MTA journaling.
I know i have to start the NAS with the 'maillog' parameter, but what other steps should i take to fully configure this function?
I have read in the manual that i should set a domain user account for the NAS service to run on, but i cant set domain user on the 'log on' panel, although the nav/nas computer (fstx100 ) is added to the domain. The fstx100 on the pic is the local computer, i cant choose our domain computer for selecting a domain user although this fstx100 is added to the domain.
Also could not start the nas with the maillog parameter:
