Report for last 12 months wages ?

A client is asking for a report that shows the Gross wages for all employees and details (insurance deductions, etc) for the last 12 months. They essentially want W2 information - but I can't use the W2 report because it forces you to a YTD. Is there a report for this? Otherwise - what's the best way to do this?
