While Running the Classic Report Using RTC below error comes

'The HO123 Server cannot be found'.

HO123 is my System name, it is not server name.

My RTC is working fine; all other RTC reports are running fine.

Please let me know where it stores the M/C name .

Did you also install the Classic Client? I believe you need this, when running Classic Reports through RTC.

    Check CustomSetting.config file (in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Service)
If the key DatabaseServer look like this
    <add key="DatabaseServer" value="localhost"></add>
change localhost value with the name (or IP address) of the server.
