Problem with Mail Merge Word

Hi,
I have to create an interaction template for mass mailing to some vendors.
When I edit the template word mail merge doc from classic, Word UI appears normally, with all ribbon, toolbars, etç...
But when I try to create/edit the Word document from RTC, Word UI is reduced to its simplest expression, ie no ribbon, nor toolbars, nor any accessible functions (and so, no merge field list, etç...).
:shock:
Has anyone been through that already? Any suggestions to recover Word UI?

PS: I'm running Nav 2009 SP1 build 6.00.31671.
