VAT Amount Specification is missing in Rep 207 if VAT is 0%

Hello,
why is the VAT Amount Specification not printed in the standard report 207 if the item has 0% tax? :?:
In the standard (?) report 206 the VAT Amount Specification is printed. :!:
I have the two reports comparison with a text compared tool. Unfortunately, I lack the experience to be able to judge the differences. :oops:
2009SP1 (SQL-AddOn-DB)

PS.: In NAV 5.0 SP1 AddOn-fdb printed the Report 206 + 207 not the VAT Amount Specification if the article has 0% tax.
