Find empty vs. filled table fields across large databases

Hi there,
I am looking for a tool, which allows me to identify fields that are not filled at all or only rarely in a large enterprise using more than 10 NAV-databases totaling more than 100 NAV-companies. The source code is indentical for all databases. The overall purpose of the tool in mind would be to improve the field housekeeping in all databases, e.g. delete a field not used any longer, change the field type to use the field for a different purpose, reset field value to allow deletion, etc.. The replicator of DataBackbone is in use, such that transfering tasks or search result from one database to another would not be a problem.
Does anyone of you know about such a tool or perhaps a company selling one ?
