Help on preparing for exam W1 05-010 (Attain programming)

I'm going to take the exam W1 05-010 (Attain programming) and would like to know what literature you recommend to read as preparation?

Navision Overview (Training Manual)
Navision Essentials (Courseware/Training Manual/Foundation Library*)
Navision Programming (Training Manual)

As I know Navision Programming has 4 books, they are:
1- Navision Attain Architecture.pdf
2- Navision Attain Objects.pdf
3- Navision Attain C-AL.pdf
4- Integration Tools for Navision Attain.pdf

Anyone who has taken the exam please feel free to correct my opinion if I'm wrong...

I also had to read the:

1. CAL-Programming Guide, about naming and numbering conventions and it was very usefull
2. MS Navision Attain Partner Training Programming 3.01 (can't remember where I got it, somewhere on partner source I suppose) that has step by step instructions and examples on numerus issues on programming.
3. There is also a series of HTML files, named NAGUIGuide, that give directions and conventions on GUI design.
