Another Question about Commerce Portal 3.70 & Requiremen

Hi all,
in the Documentation "MBS-Navision Commerce Portal 3.70" i found
the note "You must install non-localized versions of all the Microsoft-Products".
I don't can install German Versions of Windows 2000 Server, SQL2000 or
Commerce Server2002?
Navision is German.

Next Question:
Can i installed the Commerce Portal on Windows 2003 Server?
In the Dokumentation i can only read from Windows 2000 Server

No, you don't have to, but...
...nothing will work correctly after installing a localized version. We tried very hard some days, but without success.

Navision itself can be german.

Yes you can. However, we expected some strange "things" with Commerce Server, user profiles and authentication.
But now it works for us.
