Code on How to kill dabase session?

Hi,
Can someone help for I need a code on How to kill a database session of nav client whenever it has been idle for a longer of time, as we have limited license and most of our remote users doesn't logoff. As of now we are monitoring it on daily basis and manually kill their session and we often gives warning message to our users but they forgot or intentionally ignore it.
Therefore I am looking for a code that I could run automatically in job scheduler to check those idle session for a certain duration and kill their dabase session automatically if possible. :?:
