Data Migration to multi-company in one DB

Is it possible in NAV to customize the Data Migration to import data for all companies in one database, instead of just one company that run.

Not without modifications.

You can after migrating it is to use Setup Check list and copy it from one company to the rest.

Yes, I am thinking about doing modification. But, my concern is, is it really possible to do that modification?

Good idea, however I want to use this batch job to import "some" of the record instead of all the records in the one company to the other company. Simply example is to import the new item from the Head Quarter to it's branch.

I suggest to use webservice to do this load the data and then call webservice and pass the records to import into other companies.
