Outlook Synchronization Runtime Error

Hi,
My goal is to syncronize NAV 2009 SP1 (Demo DB on SQL2005) with Outlook (2010).
I follow the instructions of the video (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamic ... 13729.aspx), and I received an error during "Test Connection". Like in follow images.
Instructor uses a SQL2008, is it mandatory?
Can someone help me?
