Item tracking partial/not complete on Production Order NAV50

Hello,
It is happening that some Prod. Order of item A managed by Lot Specific Tracking for quantity X but, for some particular order, the quantity in Item Tracking Line is Y < X.
Which could be the cause? Could you give me some advice?
The most PO have correct Tracking.
