Dynamic Height of the Header Section in RDLC

I wonder if it's possible to have the header section in a sales report (ex. 204) that has a dynamic height. I want do display a picture but only on the first page and on every other page it should have a smaller header height. I tried to make the image box very small and set autosize to true, but because the body section gets generated first in the generating process, the header section overwrites (overlaps) the body section text. So the height is actualy dynamic but if the header overlaps the body its useless. Is there a workaround this?

i didn' find a solution for this, yet.
depending on how your layout is designed, you can move the picture in the body section, instead of the header...i guess it's the only solution
