Otherwise you can try looking at some 3rd party options. Two solutions that comes to my mind are -
The fastest way, IMHO is to create a *.csv file by Excel (comma delimited fields) and then import it. Don't forget to specify the properties of the import file in Axapta (the delimiter must be ";").

Atlas XL provides excellent interface for importing open customer/vendor invoices, Inventory balances (thru' Journals), Project journals, Ledger balance etc.
