Unable to view User ID of the person who did the unapply

Dear all,
my scenario here is about unapply less said credit memo on an invoice. Lets said user A apply the credit memo 1 to invoice 1. But user B unapply the application. From the user ID field in Ledger entries, what i see is the user ID who did the application but not the one who did the unapply. Is this the default setting or how can i make the user id field show back the person who did the unapply?

The ID that comes is the default ID of the user that has posted teh document. In case you want the ID of teh user who has unapplied then you will have to do some customisation. May be you can have a customised field to capture that and not touch the default User ID field since who has posted the document should not be modified.
