I have an ADCS installation on NAV2009 SP1 with a SQL backend.

The ADCS, and VT100 are installed and running. I can connect from HyperTerminal to the ADCS, and I am shown the login screen as expected. However, any keystrokes I make are not being displayed, and are not being sent to NAV. Any ideas?

You have to set the function keys of the terminal in use and some other things - a separate file in the filesystem. It differs from make to model. Read the white paper regarding ADCS on partnersource it's all there. I would gladly help but my last ADCS installation was more than a year ago.

HyperTerminal is set to use VT100, so the standard template should work - it worked for previous versions of NAV. So still at a loss to understand why it is not responding.
