Ways to call VBA and Crystal Report From NAV

Hi Experts,
I am very much new to NAV and I have experience in Dot net, VB and Crystal Reports.
Is there any ways to call VB or VBA source and Crystal Report from NAV?

For Crystal Reports we've settled for a table which stores the report name & path to the report.
On Clicking of the "OPEN" field it opens the Associated Crystal Report. Example here:
