Add-on Solution for Hire Purchase, Financed & Leased Assets

Hi,

Does anybody know of any good add-on solutions that extends Fixed Asset functionality in NAV2009 for the management of (1) Financed Assets, (2) Hire Purchase Assets and (3) Leased Assets?
