Microsoft Business Enhancement Fee

Hello Experts,

Is the Microsoft Business Enhancement Fee a percentage of the total license fee or a percentage of the cost of the license upgrade?

If for example

A = Total License Fee = $47.005,00
B = Ugrade Fee = $800

Which of the two must the fee be charged on?

    (A) is the right answer (if you are using BRL licensing). BTW-what "upgrade fee" are you talking about?

    The upgrade fee of EUR 800 :1 set of Tables and 1 set of the Reports

    I received the first license in December,2006

    The BREP is calculated from the current total license value. If you are a customer the company who sold you the license should provide you with official MS docs which explain that in detail.
